Flashy Flash

Flash is a calm and serious individual, immediately addressing the topic at hand during meetings and stepping in to stop arguments, such as the one between Tatsumaki and Metal Bat. He is also quite arrogant, dismissing lower-ranked heroes and insisting they step aside so he can handle Mysterious Beings, viewing them as weak. He reprimands them for potentially causing collateral damage and has unwavering confidence in his own abilities. Flash is among the few heroes who do not fear Tatsumaki, even talking back to her after she insulted him. He accused her of stealing his kill against Hundred-Eyes Octopus and went as far as to claim she is not stronger than him. He has a firm mindset that training is the key to true strength. He told Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame that he became powerful by training harder than any other heroes or ninja. When the latter two were dying, they asked what they lacked, and his response was simple, their lack of training. In a way, this mirrors Saitama, who also believes that training is the only true path to strength. Despite his composed nature, Flash can be impulsive and reckless. His careless attack on Hundred-Eyes Octopus only caused more destruction, and he has displayed poor judgment on several occasions, such as losing his communicator during the Monster Association raid or attacking Saitama despite recognizing him as a hero. He takes great pride in his speed and loses his usual composure when confronted with those faster than him. He was bewildered by Saitama's superior agility and completely horrified by Blast's speed. This was further shown during his battle with Platinum Sperm and Garou. When he realized they were faster than him, he became infuriated that he had encountered four individuals in one day who surpassed his speed, considering it unacceptable and becoming even more determined to win. As noted by Platinum Sperm, when Flash faces opponents who exceed him in speed, he focuses entirely on protecting his pride, which leaves him vulnerable to attacks and creates several openings. Although typically prideful and blunt, he does acknowledge those he considers strong. After witnessing Saitama's strength and speed, he praised him. When he initially attacked Saitama, suspecting him of being a monster, he was shocked when Saitama effortlessly dodged his first strike. Even after remembering who Saitama was, his pride would not allow him to accept that someone could evade his attacks, so he attacked again. However, Flash shows respect for those he considers powerful and does not hesitate to give them credit. An example of this is when he and Saitama work together with a monster to locate the Monster Association's inner sanctum. In a gold mine, he defends against a barrage of larger monsters' attacks, unaware that Saitama is keeping up with him effortlessly. Once he realizes this, he is astonished and impressed, calling Saitama "Pretty good." Despite that, he noticed Saitama's lack of proper combat techniques and now intends on making him his disciple. He even compliments Sonic, acknowledging that he had grown stronger than expected. Beneath his rough exterior, Flash is a product of the brutal training at the Ninja Village, where he was forced to suppress all emotion and hide his true self. As a child, Sonic realized that Flash had a deep yearning for freedom, much like himself, showing that Flash also had a strong passion for justice. This was why, at 16, he ultimately chose to eliminate everyone at the Ninja Village and put an end to its corruption.

Flashy Flash is a lean but muscular young man of average height with an androgynous appearance. He has sharp blue eyes and long ice-blonde hair with bangs brushed to the right side of his face. He wears a dark blue bodysuit with metallic bracers over his arms and upper chest armor with a long white cape over it. He adorns himself with two four-pointed stars on either side of his head and on his cape. He has a chain strapped around his waist that holds his sheath and sword in place.
