Garou is the most compelling antagonist because he's right about the system—heroes are corrupt, the association is self-serving, and monsters are often created by society's failures. His methods are wrong, but his diagnosis is accurate. That's what makes him a great villain.

OPM works on two levels simultaneously: it's a parody of shounen power scaling AND a genuine exploration of depression. Saitama isn't bored because he's too strong—he's depressed because achieving his dream left him with nothing to strive for. The humor is a coping mechanism for existential emptiness.
OnePunchTruth
The manga's redrawn Garou vs Saitama fight contains the most technically impressive action sequences ever drawn. Murata is pushing the medium to its absolute limits—panels that flow like animation, perspective shifts that shouldn't work in static images, and compositions that redefine what manga can do.

King is the most relatable character in anime. He's a normal guy with imposter syndrome who everyone thinks is a god, and he's terrified of being exposed. His 'King Engine' is just his heart racing from anxiety. He's literally me in every professional setting.

The Deep Sea King fight is the best fight in anime not because of Saitama's punch, but because of every hero who fought before him. Mumen Rider charging a monster he knows he can't beat is braver than Saitama one-punching a god. The setup makes the payoff mean something.
