Zenichi Innami

Zenichi Innami was the first true gambler Tetsuya met. When they meet in Shinjuku again, Innami is a drug addict and uses the money he makes playing Mahjong to buy Hiropon. He claims to has an "All-Seeing Eye" which gives him the ability to see through the tiles.
