Vivian

Vivian is the host of all of the Pokemon Contests in the Hoenn region. In the episode May, We Harley Drew'd Ya, she returned as a special guest judge for the Kanto Grand Festival. Vivian is the older sister to Lilian, the host for the Kanto Pokemon Contests.
