The Typhoon Devil's true form resembles a gigantic humanoid surrounded by a swirling storm of brain matter with the top part of its head exposed, revealing more brain matter which is connected to the storm around it. In Asa Mitaka's flashback, its face resembles that of an old man with a thick mustache.

As a Devil, the Typhoon Devil possesses all of the standard devil abilities. In exchange for the heart of the Chainsaw Devil, the Typhoon Devil accepted a contract to grant a serial killer the use of its power for life, but this contract did not realize due to the death of the serial killer at the hands of Reze.
