A member of Hinobori Gakuen's 5-3 "Chikyuu Bouei Gumi". Tsutomu is the brain in the Bouei Gumi. He is in charge of computerist. He is a typical swot type and is a little inflexible. but, the strategy that he thought about for the dodgeball meet's a violation of the rule, he tries psychic medium for a search of Aakudaama. There is such unique one side also. He analyzed commander with a computer and thought out usage and strategies. He likes arithmetic. He wants to become the computer programmer or IT engineer in the future.
