Toshiya Misumi

Initially weak and fearful, Toshi evolves after partnering with Mon into a man who only wants destruction and power. He begins to almost worship the concept of power, and tries to overthrow societal standards through a series of terrorist-like bombings and acts of utterly senseless violence. He is extremely smart, being good at scheming and quick to forge opportunities in bleak situations. No voice actors have been added to this character.
