Toshio Kinouchi

Kinouchi is the Goshiki family's butler and looks after Kotetsu. Although the Goshiki family don't consider that he owes them anything, Kinouchi still feels indebted to them for the help they gave him in providing a job and a place to live on the estate, along with his mother.
