Tooru Hashimoto

Appears in Jouzetsu na Yubi (The Loquacious Finger). A year prior, Tooru lost his hearing in a motorcycle accident, and still has trouble adjusting to his new life after being left behind by his family and friends. Although initially reticent to interact with Kazuki, Tooru soon warms up to him and begins to learn sign language. No voice actors have been added to this character.
