America’s alien friend. He despises England, who refuses to believe in aliens (but believes in mythical creatures like fairies, ghosts, and the like). It appears that America is one of the only ones that can understand him. However, America doesn’t believe him to be an alien (causing some characters to say something along the lines of “…well what is he, then?”). Tony seems to like playing videogames, and is skilled with other technology. He helped out the eight main characters in Ginmaku Hetalia Axis Powers Paint it, White in their fight against the pict.
