Toma E. Fiore

Toma E. Fiore is the King who rules over the Kingdom of Fiore. Toma is a short man who wears striped overalls, held up by a belt at the waist, under a cape. Not much is known about Toma's personality, but he seems to like being entertained by watching good fights.
