Tatsuya Ben

Ben-chan, his full name Tsutomu Tatsuya was first introduced in the Duel Masters Victory season of the Duel Masters anime. He was one of the prominent protagonist in Katta's dueling era and rose to the ranks of the Elite Four in the Versus Saga. (Source: Duel Masters Wiki)
