Tatsu Fujimiya

Tatsu was Rika's adoptive mother. She took the orphaned Rika in at age 10 and gave her a lavish life, but couldn't understand why Rika felt like a boy at heart and demanded she act like a girl. She was killed by being tied to the clock's arms 2 years prior to the start of the story. No voice actors have been added to this character.
