Takemi Sawa

A Staff Sergeant in the Nippon Ground Self-Defense Forces, who is the senior non-commisioned officer at the SDF liaison office in Okinawa. She graduated from a preppy high school, so she can properly speak formal Japanese, unlike Yumi.
