Taisuke Sawanaga

He is one of Makoto's friends since junior high, and is in the same class as Makoto. He's cheerful, dorky and appears to be strongly attracted to Kotonoha because of her good looks. In the anime, he often tries to impress Kotonoha, but she constantly tells him that she is Makoto's girlfriend and therefore cannot date him; Taisuke doesn't give up, though, and this ultimately causes some of the events that break Kotonoha the most. Kotonoha eventually becomes somewhat cold with him, telling him directly that she has no feelings for him. In the game, however, under certain circumstances they briefly date, but Kotonoha ultimately breaks up with Taisuke and returns to Makoto. (Source: Wikipedia)
