Sumi Shinazugawa

Sumi was a warm and caring child, much like the rest of her siblings. During one of her father's violent outbursts, she blocked her youngest sibling's view in order to prevent him from seeing it. She loved her mother dearly and was worried for her wellbeing when she was late from coming home, noting that she had never done so before. Strangely enough though, despite her virtuous qualities, her elder brother Genya claims that although she was kind and considerate of their mother, she was also "a spoiled brat". It is unsure if Genya meant this in a tongue-in-cheek way or if Sumi was actually temperamental or coddled as a young child.

Sumi was a girl of small frame and light skin tone. She had dark colored hair that was fastened in a low bun with her bangs clipped back on the crown of her head. She also had a very small face with large, blue round eyes. Sumi bore a great resemblance to her mother. She wore a long light red kimono with an orange obi.
