Outside of combat, in her retired life, Suma is shown to be much more cheerful and relaxed, As she assists Tengen in his section of Hashira Training by serving as a cook, she is prone to way less emotional outbursts, instead happily serving meals, gossiping with her co-wives, and getting amused at her husband harshly reprimanding the trainees, knowing that his harsh words come from a place of worry. However, she can still slip back into her notorious emotional personality, as shown when she heavily dotes on Nezuko in the wake of the final battle and cries to Tengen and Hinatsuru when Makio strikes her for it. Like her co-wives, Suma has a soft spot for Tanjiro, due to his monumental aid in the Entertainment District, offering him kind words during his training, and wishing the best for him in his battle against Muzan.

Suma is a young woman of short height with pale skin, shoulder-length black hair, short bangs, and blue eyes. Similar to the other wives of Tengen Uzui, she has a shapely figure.
