Shaina (Shiner) is a prominent member of the group known as W.I.S.E , heading up the organization's PSI Research Division in the future. He is also a member of the Star Commanders, initially presiding over the 3rd position in a previous time line. Due to the actions of the Psyren Drifters, the current time line has him demoted to the 4th position, with Uranus in the 3rd position. No voice actors have been added to this character.
