Seto Narukami

Seto Narukami is a side character in Scarlet Nexus. Like Shiden, he is electrokinetic, however he is not a companion and thus cannot be used in SAS. Seto is the calm and humble commander of Seto Platoon, which consists of 5 members including Yuito Sumeragi. Seto is a Septentrion Class Seven, rank Captain.
