Sakura Tenkai

She is the no-nonsense wife of the leader of the Tenkai yakuza group, and offers Kumiko advice on relationships (though it tends to be on the more...illegal and violent side). When her husband cheated on her, Sakura offered him a choice between killing him and the other woman, or chopping his penis off, as "either would solve the problem".
