Rotter

Rotter is a member of the Four Heavenly Generals of the Parthevia Empire. Rotter seems fairly confident in his abilities, boasting about it in battle and seems to have fun toying with his enemies. He also shows a soft side to himself, crying over his rat friends when most of them got destroyed by Drakon's Household Vessel, and he swore he wouldn't forgive Drakon for hurting his friends.
