Dr. Oobami (オオバミ博士, Oobami hakase) or Demon King Over M (魔王オーバーM) is a character in Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi series. Appearance Oobami appears like an old man with medium long gray hair but bald on top. History Director of the Development Bureau in the Imperial Zoble military.
