Having grown weary of the violence and instability of the criminal underworld after losing most of her family, Olka longs for a quiet, ordinary life and is willing to abandon everything, even her identity, to secure a safe future for Gram. Despite the fear and uncertainty surrounding her circumstances, she consistently puts on a brave front for her child, striving to remain calm and composed so as not to alarm him. Naturally kind and empathetic, Olka has shown generosity even in dire situations, such as secretly feeding Zeb when he was starving as a child. She values loyalty and selflessness, expressing disappointment when others act out of cowardice, yet still worries deeply for their well-being. However, over the course of Yor's mission, Olka revealed a warm, perceptive, and considerate personality. She quickly recognizes and empathizes with others' vulnerabilities, as seen in her interactions with Yor. Olka is able to see past Yor's role as her bodyguard, relating to her as a fellow mother and offering emotional support, reassurance, and trust. Even while frightened by the escalating danger aboard the cruise, Olka remains thoughtful and gracious, openly expressing gratitude to those who protect her and wishing for their happiness in return.

Olka and Gram before she changed her appearance Olka is a woman who initially appears with short blonde hair, messy bangs, and glasses. This look, however, is a deliberate disguise used to help her travel incognito and evade assassins. In older photographs and in Zeb's memories, Olka is shown with straight black hair, short eyebrows, and longer hair tied back in a low ponytail, reflecting her original appearance before going into hiding. Due to the constant danger surrounding her, Olka frequently changes her clothing and does not maintain a consistent outfit during the cruise trip. In her first appearance, she wears an open white coat over a dress paired with black heels. Later that evening, she changes into a red dress. Before leaving the ship, she further alters her appearance by donning a black wig tied with a bow at the back.
