Narration

A narrator which appears in some of the segments, voiced by Rina Satou in the anime, and also speaks over some of the previews (which feature a conversation related to the episode that just ended while a scene of the next one loops). The episode Three Sister Detectives! is narrated by Kouji Ishii instead.
