Muteba Gizenga is a mercenary originated from Congo. Muteba lost his vision during a fight but proceeded to continue fighting and now he sees more than your average man. He is stated as being the worlds strongest Mercenary. Muteba is quite knowledgeable in both using weapons and unarmed combat. He entered in Kengan Annihilation Tournament as Iwami Heavy Industries representative. He got in to quarter finals where he lost against Wakatsuki Takeshi.
