Mrs. Harris

Bridget's mother. She seems to be a fairly close relative of Earl Dorincourt, and is entrusted with managing Dorincourt while the Earl is away. She is mean to Cedie and despises Annie, who is an American, and hurts Cedie's heart. Witnessing how Bridget broke the Earl's vase, Mrs. Harris tries to pin the blame on Cedie.
