Mr Crow

A supporting character from the Pokemon try Adventure manga, Mr Crow is the one who recruited Katsuya, Soro and Toki from around the world and gives them missions to help people and pokemon. Caty is his subordinate. He doesn't appear in person until later on in the series, usually talking through a speaker attached to his Honchkrow. No voice actors have been added to this character.
