Mother Shibata

She is a member of the city council, and Youichi's mother. Ganichirou Shirakawa sends her an anonymous letter warning of Kumiko's background, in the hopes of Shibata firing her. She is always seen wearing a suit decorated with red feathers which tend to fly all over the place. No voice actors have been added to this character.
