Mizuha Banouin is one of the the two Dominions of the Ninth Region Yesod. She holds the official role, but is tutored by Rinemu Kirari, who is her deputy. Due to her status as a Stylish idol, Mizuha maintains an air of perfection around herself. However, that image is mostly a facade that she conveys to her fans. In truth, Mizuha is the type to be easily over stressed about her position of being a Dominion and only took the position to repay a debut to Rinemu.
