Mitsuko Kongou

Mitsuko is a second year transfer student at Tokiwadai Middle School, and is a Level 4 esper. Her ability, Aero Hand, allows her to control airflows. Shirai knows her but is not too comfortable with her. She has an arrogant personality and tends to look down on others, however she is usually willing to help those in need, especially when it comes to her friends.
