Mitsuko

A refugee from Belgium. She is a sex-worker, and is sometimes seen working in the bar the characters frequent. As she is described on two occasions as a "transvestite" it seems that she is a trans woman. She is a witch, using magic to help deal with the strange situations they stumble upon.
