Minoru Jissoji

Jissoji is Kasuga's former aviation instructor. In 1964, he is hired by the government to find a way to prevent the monster that destroyed Asa's home from causing more destruction and interfering with the Olympics. He recruits Kasuga and Asa to help with this task. No voice actors have been added to this character.
