The bride of the protagonist. She appears to be from a middle-class elven family (who is completely against her marriage to her now husband), and the two live together some distance away from a local human town. Because she's an elf and a certain portion of her body is half the size of a normal human females, her husband has set on a journey to find a substance that will enable them to copulate sucessfully.
