Mifi Rotten

A first year Zuellni General Studies student, Mifi is an eager and energetic reporter for the "Weekly Look'n," a weekly news magazine. She transferred to the Academy City of Zuellni from the Transportation City of Yortem along with her childhood friends Naruki and Mayshen.
