Fairy Duke Melvin of the Ringford Kingdom is the duke and the council advisor of the Ringford. Melvin is in charge at the second highest command of the Ringford military, he is the second highest ranking and the second most powerful figure in the Ringford kingdom until his allegiance betrayal when his first degree cousin child Fairy Princess Mercedes became the next Queen upon the death of her mother.
