Mei is Lorelei and Kalia's sister, who lived centuries prior to the start of the story, in the same period when the war against witches took place. She serves as Kalia's advisor and dislikes humans because they rely too much on witches without expressing any gratitude for their help. No voice actors have been added to this character.
