Max Raise

Raise Max is a non-canon member of the Revolutionary Army who appeared in One Piece Film: Gold.Max is a very bedraggled man with unkempt green long hair, a tattered hat, and large glasses. On his left check appears to be the number "7" in orange. He wears an open coat exposing his chest, striped pants, and pointed shoes.
