Makiura

Makiura is the leader and founder of the Qilin Realm. He was thought to have been betrayed and killed by Sumiya, but in realitty he had taken over the Ginga's body, who he had captured thanks to his mercenaries. He has a habit of sticking Mystickers on his tongue. Makiura was originally an assistant to Dr. Yang, the inventor of Mystickers. He uses the Yellow Qilin Mysticker which can control electricity. Futhermore, taking advantage of the fact that human brainwaves are electrical signals, it is even possible to control parts of the other person's brain by touching them and injecting his will into them for a short period of time.
