Louis Huang

Huang Louis was an Alliance politician who served as the Secretary of Human Resources in the administrations of Chairmen Royal Sanford and Job Trunicht. He left government service when the Galactic Empire invaded the Alliance during Operation Ragnarök, after briefly acting as an adviser to the postwar chairman João Rebelo. Along with Rebelo, Huang Rui was regarded as one of the more honest and dignified politicians in the waning years of the Alliance, being an ally of Admiral Yang Wen-li. (Source: Gineipaedia)
