Libera Mild

A Portuguese merchant who speaks almost fluent Japanese, though with a noticeable accent, and has settled to live in Japan. In the anime, his name was changed to Kuen Castella (クエン・カステーラ), possibly because his name was originally taken from a cigarette brand.
