Exclusive to the anime, Legolas is a Regional Inspector for Jibral's Royal Army. He first appeared after Shu and Blue Dragon defeated Ivanov and Gustav. Bouquet has a habit of accidentally injuring him. He has also helped Shu and Co. in any way he can.
