Lara Tchaikoskaya

Lara Tchaikoskaya, hero name Magical Cat, is the youngest of three new additions to Hero TV in N.C. 1980. At only 14 years old, she is partnered with the previously youngest hero Pao-Lin Huang, hero name Dragon Kid. Lara wishes to learn to be the best hero she can be and remains friendly and cheerful, even though her mother's manipulation is a driving force behind her working as a hero. Her NEXT power is water manipulation, which pairs well with Dragon Kid's electricity and Blue Rose's ice in fights. Fitting her magical girl aesthetic, she uses a wand to summon and direct water.
