Tou Kyuukou is an officer of Yin. He is an old and stubborn man. Since his wife died to illness he dotes on his daughter Sengyoku and satisfies her every whim. Despite being loyal to Yin he joined Taikoubou because his daughter wanted to be with Dokouson. No voice actors have been added to this character.
