Kyuuji Sakai

Shortly after Kazusa is hit by a car and killed, Kyuuji appears and introduces himself as "the director of ghosts" in their area. He acts as an advisor to her and the other ghosts, imparting knowledge on the afterlife; it is mentioned that he could have passed on himself, but chose to remain in order to guide other spirits to ascend.
