Kouki Miyanaga

Kouki is the manager of BDSM club Airentou, and the one who arranged for Xiaolong to be taken to Hoshi no Yakata for training. He comes to retrieve Xiaolong after it's done, but that is a cover for the real objective: bringing Sumiya to Airentou on behest of Nanasaka, Yuuki's master.
