Mine Kouichi is genius kid who quit high school because it was a waste of time for him. He is a computer geek who spends most of his time in the computer lab of El Liston, working for an IT company. He have cold and practical personality and keeps his feelings to himself trying to not get attached to others. However Rei, Momiji and later Keito managed to befriend him.
