Kouichi Matsukaze

New character introduced in the high school arc (chapter 378~). Matsukaze was rescued from a fire by The Children five years ago. BABEL erased his memories of that day, but the hypnosis didn't work. He has been looking for Kaoru and the others ever since then. Matsukaze is currently working with BABEL to discover if he has latent ESP powers. He has the same first name as the protagonist, Kouichi Minamoto, but written in different kanji. No voice actors have been added to this character.
