Konoha Suetsugi

She is the student council secretary. She idolizes Benio due to how nice Benio was towards her when she first moved into town. As a result, she studied hard to get into the same school, and managed to work her way into the student council to be near Benio. She hates Mashiro due to how close the latter seems with Benio, and even after Mashiro gets into a rant about how much she hates being smothered by her, Konoha refuses to see Benio in a bad light.
