Kiyoko Isagi

Shibuki Ase's friend and current student council president, elected to replace Setoka Ichou. Very afraid of germs. Never directly touches people and does not allow them to touch her. She has trouble communicating with people. She can barely read a room, and this has led to many different funny situations throughout her current arc. Isagi has had some trouble with finding a suitable candidate for helping her run for president, but Komi-san has decided to try and help her. No voice actors have been added to this character.
