Katsumi Sasakura

Neighbor of Agawas. Katsumi is an odd woman. She always peeks at people coming to and out of Agawa house from the edge of her window, hiding herself by curtain. And she keeps trying to enter the Agawa house by pretense such as bringing some food to cook together. Everyone finds her behavior quite strange and scary.
